Marc

Marc is a commercial lawyer practising across corporate and commercial matters and disputes. He works with established businesses, founders and startups, as well as private clients, across a range of transactional, financing and contentious matters. His experience includes business and share transactions, commercial agreements, shareholder and financing arrangements, secured lending and private credit, debt recovery and commercial disputes.

Originally from Singapore, Marc has experience in cross-border matters involving Australia and Southeast Asia, including investment structures, private capital and commercial transactions in the region. Marc takes a practical and commercially minded approach to legal work. He focuses on understanding the broader objective behind a matter, identifying issues early and providing clear, workable advice.

Marc was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2025. Outside of work, Marc enjoys spending time with his family, and music has always been a big part of his life.
